Job Description
MANTECH is seeking to fill the position of Junior .Net Developer as a member of the Information Technology team. Candidates must be residing in Bahrain to apply and must have valid Bahraini or GCC Driver’s License.
Visual Basic Developer will be responsible for:

  • Defining objectives and analyzing customer requirements
  • Designing, developing and testing new functionality of program or data integration
  • Documenting, testing and implementing new solutions
  • Troubleshooting system failures and taking appropriate and corrective actions
  • Developing and documenting customers reports
  • Providing support for the existing clients
  • Experience
  • 1+ years of experience in SDLC
  • 1+ years of experience as Software Engineer
  • Experience with development in Visual Basic (VB6) and ASP.net
  • Good knowledge of Database and SQL Programming
  • Experience with designing reports using Crystal Reports

2. SALES EXECUTIVE

Job Description
MANTECH is seeking to fill the position of Sales Executive as a member of the Information and Software Department. Candidates must be residing in Bahrain to apply and must have valid Bahraini or GCC Driver’s License.
The Sales Executive will be responsible for:

  • Searching for new clients – contractors, consultants, corporate, ministries, government etc. via cold calling/meeting requests
  • Product designing and estimation as per customer requirements
  • Achieving the sales/profit targets
  • Developing long term relations with clients through managing and compiling their requirements
  • Negotiations to meet both client and company requirements
  • Calculating clients’ quotations and matching clients’ accounts
  • Analyzing the sales and costs of products / projects with the Procurement Department
  • Pre-sales technical assistance of products and support – technical submittal, compliance, design drawings, comparison charts/tables etc.
  • Technical reports and survey of projects
  • Coordination with project team in way to support project execution
  • Payment collection support with accounts department
  • Internal trainings and product support document sharing with team members
  • Supporting clients for after sales services
  • Submitting daily/weekly/monthly calls/sales reports
